Aye one of the workers at our local garaged hollowed out a big carnival teddy cow and stuck it on his head..... and went past it doing a wheelie on a motorbike

go through a gatso on a scooter(ped) and just put your foot over the numberplate they just get a picture of a nike trainer if its got reflective bits it works even better
