chocolate firegaurd spring to mind

basically my foot hurt's where i stand on it, like pernament cramp in me heel
i can walk on it if i just use the front of my foot and keep my heel off the floor

i haven't injured it or done sports or stuff, just randomly decided to start hurting

any ideas to fix it? or get rid of the pain so i can walk on it for work?

Sounds like you may have the onset of Plantar Faciatis (sp?).

I've got it, basically it's when the ligaments in the sole of your foot are stretched/strained, causes quite bad pain in the heel area.

Do you have quite high arches?

Well it's like the opposite of being flat footed.

Is a possibility anyway, though it tends to be a lifelong thing, not something that suddeny happens.
