ONE question....on my court sumond paperwork it says "you have been sumond to court on the 15th of may for exceeding 30MPH.
it doesnt say anythin about me doing 70MPH will the court know what speed i was doing?

Ouch, think losing your license is the least of your problems getting caught at that speed!

Yeah They;ll know, the paperwork most probably will be a template for easiness etc so they wont include the speed you'd be doing as everyone will be different, iif that makes any sense

i was entering a 30 at 70 from a national speed limit, then slowing down. but obviously the officer didnt see it the same way as i did.
coz im sure all of u guys slam yoour brakes on and slow down to 30 before you enter the limit.

agree with nik.
Here's a piece of string. Attach one end to some soap, the other round your wrist.

oh deaaaaaaarrrrr.
i got caught doing 59 in a 30 (not quite double the limit) pleaded guilty by post, and got 6 points and a £60 fine.
Courts prefer you to plead by post as it saves them time and are a little bit more lenient (hence my fine)

Great one....i know a lad that was pissed doing 120MPH day time, and got a 2 year ban....so me getting locked up is highly unlikely.
a tip for you nik....Grab your coat and leave
