I'm really thinking about getting new bumpers, post or pre 97, I'm not all that fussed (black at the top, flame red at the bottom)

what do you think I should do? Here it is currently (I know I need some wheels )






Whatever I do, I defiantly need a new front bumper and arches:

It came with the car (6 months ago), I've never actually known how to check?
