An Audi S2 (2.2L 20-valve turbo) Red, standard (230bhp) + exhaust system 110k miles, but its cat D..............asking £1800. Think I should take a look??

Cat D could of been vandilism may not of even been crashed, would of been very minor though.

stolen recovered no damage at all.

just a blemish on the car history that's all.

I wouldnt care about it being cat d, its not like you're buying to sell in 4 months..

Did you not see 5th Gear?

Not knowing what Cat D is (think it's the lowest write off) I'd say get it properly checked before committing, otherwise it could be an absolute death trap.

£1800, it's worth a look, even if it is cat d.

You can always walk away after doing an HPI check to see what was up with it, you'd only be £40 down, not hundreds if it falls apart after you buy it....

Cat C need to go through a VIC test to be put back on the road

cat d can just be repaired
