Doubt it, would be the same as a fleet car. Servicing and repairs doesn't cost the owner so everything will be nice

Should be fine.
If it's not an ex-patrol car, it won't have holes drilled in the dash either, so that's good.
It's no different to buying any other ex-company car really, they're all well maintained as it doesn't cost the 'owner' anything to do.
