all in ended up costing me just under £100 which included a £20 bank fee to transfer funds into a foreign account

i like the badges though without them it looks like a 1.1 with the kit on due to its age etc (only the rs1800 had the kit on m/n plate)

couldnt you remove some of them but still leave the distinguishing (sp) ones, like leave the 1800 one..

cant u rewire it so its the other way round? surely its just some wires with pins on?

i know i dont need it. i will take the bulb out.
its nice to let other people know im reversing though, although better nothing than they think its a fog light or something

The rare ones are the ones with the clear reverse light on the right arent they? Or am I mixed up. My brother definately needs some on his black 2.0

rob, Im sure a man of your capabilities could design some over complicated curcuitry compomising of led's, speedo clocks and switches to make a 'special' reverse light

My friends FRST someone decided to place the reverse lights into the boot, between the lights and the number plate

It was a shocking DIY job.

i've had no end of ideas, involving somehow fitting a clear bulb alongside the orange indicator bulb so the reverse lights are in the smoked section also.

the REALLY rare ones are the UK spec RS accessory ones, which have the clear reverse light bit on the passenger side

Shuda tryed to find genuin RS acsesory rear lights as the have a white revers lamp
