That looks like an HDRI map.

Taken with a camera that captures everything in a 360 degree sphere, which can then be used to generate environments for 3D renders, such as:



It appears distorted when "unrolled" but when applied as a spherical environment they gain perspective.

I've got the "Pirate ship song" stuck in my head now aswell cause i was humming it while I did it - you know the one that spounds like its being played on those things that have piano keys on but you pull them in an out like a bellow

, see the description was good enough. I googled harpsichord thinking it was one, but that looks like a piano for a dwarf or something
