no, because the handling on a gti is far superior than anything else so it will have just glided round the corner!

probably a good job it flipped over the wall other wise the car would off looked a dam site worse. didnt even look like he was breaking.

it probably would of meant the car was not writen off! infact the size of the gravel trap should of slowed it enough to not even hit the wall and if it did would of been a smallish bump!

Reminds me of the Scooby P1 at Trax many years ago! he lost it at the 1st corner and went into the Gravel trap sideways which in turn flipped his car over 3 times!

He seemed to get on the brakes ok, then jsut almost like the brakes gave up and he carried on? Stuck throttle? Hot Brakes? Or jsut terrible driving?

think he just over cooked it.....

he may have being coming into the corner around 120mph..... down into 2nd..... thats hell of a lot of breaking.

Its wet, he was tyring to pass the car before the cones.... number of things

Its the same hairpin that claimed that blue R32 GTR
