Or "Trainee Management schemes" as its also known...
Is anybody doing one of these courses, and has anybody gone through the scheme in the past? If so what job are you doing now?

You work in a business for two years, and go to college one day a week and whilst earning, and come out with qualifications and a job.

are you thinking of doing this out of College?
One of my mates went to work for BAE doing something similar straight from college. Wasnt on great money but they were paying for the rest of his education (not sure if it was a proper degree though or some other qualification at the end of it).
3 years later and another mate has gone from doing Business Studies at Uni to a job for BAE. He is on more pay and higher up the ladder than the one who has worked there for 3 years.
And thats with BAE, who are known for being a very good employer.
