I do, there's 2 of us, meeeee, and a rather good looking girl called Gemma, just started up, we do SMS solutions for nightclubs, we don't do txt2screen though... we use a bigger well established company to sell our product, but it works well, once we're in the door we'll start looking at doing the marketting and stuff our selves.

As I said above, we don't do txt2screen, most places already have txtcube, or similar... that automatically stores customer data and they also use that to SMS offers and info, however our syste does offer this too...
We offer other services via SMS, I'm not gonna go into in more detail purly for the fact that it's a unique idea and I'm one of the first, if not the first person i the UK to offer this... maybe in the future once we've got more venues under the belt I'll be able to admit to the genius idea

I know how patents work and how long they take  But once youve had a lawyer do a search and find if its unique its a case of forms submitted and a pending patent being awarded (very easy) which gives you protection.
How else are you going to advertise this 'new idea' without others becoming aware of it!!
