Ive no problems with the fans doing it. This was coming from the players changing rooms.

well they had gone from having virtually no chance of reaching the final to having a fair chance of getting there by scoring twice in the last half hour so let them get on with it

As Gerrard said in his book...it wasnt so much what Rafa said at half time in Istanbul that spurred the players on, it was the AC players singing in their changing room.
Hence why I never think its a good idea to go overboard...not when all AC need is one goal at home to make it very very hard for you guys.

yeah i know what you mean,but it is a bit different doing it at half time as opposed to full time,even though the 2nd leg is to come.

not really, is basically the same as half time!
Id understand if you'd won 3-0 or something like that, but only one goal advantage and giving 2 away goals away I didnt think it was the best idea and may come back to haunt them!

maybe,but they have a lot better chance than i thought they would have at half time yesterday,i thought a draw would have been good and it didnt look like they were going to get that at half time.

I went to the pub with a Liverpool supporting mate of mine. At full time I was winding him up a treat. Kept saying 'game over', and telling him not to worry about it, and to dry his eyes. He wasn't best pleased

To be honest, if we had travelled into Europe and played a top Italian or Spanish side I would be still be happy with a 0-1 result.
I'm more than happy with a 0-1 result as I see it as more of a domestic game

its far from a good result Ryan!
But when they scored they had a few other great chances so for it to only be 1-0 is a good result imo. It only takes 1 gorl from us for it to be game even and we have beaten them once at Anfield already this season by more than 1 goal!

yeh i do see what you mean though. although if chelsea score first at your place then you will have alot to do.
(p.s. i did say it would be 0-0 or 1-0 chelsea although i got the minute wrong )
