washed my car this weekendafter 10 days of it being dirty and dusty. only used auto glym bodywork shampoo then dried off with a chammy. didn't bother polishing it as comes up nice already.

not bad for 7 and a half year old paintwork i reckon

and a couple of quick pics

crying out for depo's, mhw's and gsi rep skirts which i am getting soon.

That is some shine!! What did you use to get it like that?

Edit - just gone back and read it, so you never even waxed it

never used a claybar or even waxed it since i bought it 1 year ago now lol.

all i've ever used is autoglym super resin polish usually about once a month.

not amazingly brilliant reflection but not bad at all for standard factory paint thats covered 63k miles IMO.

it also picks up dirt and shows any water marks etc much faster therefore meaning you have to clean it more often so in the long run it's more effort

Can get rid of the scratches (swirl marks) with a compound, or even t-cut.

is white as bad as yellow for tar spots? luckily my paint has a nice few coats of p21s so they just wipe off usually they are a bugger to get off, and yellow seems to attract them
