I'm on Budesonide which is a type of steroid, I have been taking 3x 3mg tablets at 8am 12pm 6pm, I'm supposed to take all 3 at once

and this has been going on for 3 months

That is probably why they haven't been working properly

I'm gonna be buff with these steroids
