yes adam i didnt want this particular job myself
stange and daft i know, i did start very gently on the drivers side mount but it seemed really tight, i figured it was original and i didnt want to fuck up the solid pipe or the mounting bracket hence why i got him to do it

lmao at stab him, i send him loads of work throu my work.
that wont be happning anymore

more pissed at the fact he ordered new stuff without telling me, and was gonna charge me more for it, how daft does he think i am, i think thats why the labour went up, i pissed him off cos he couldnt make money of selling me parts.

meh live and learn, ive got the shell to fit lines to before i use it, so theyll be going on by me playing with it, even if it means me buying brake pipe tools and learning to do it all myself

If the bleed nipple is seized and snaps in the cylinder what else can he do? Can't have it sat on the ramp taking up space? Thats business.

thing is they orderd the parts without telling me i had to contact them to find out.
it was me doing the running round, he would have just bolted bits on and them charged me for it and i would have no comeback etc cos there attached to my car

To be honest I think thats what most garages would do, not many people would be bothered to go and collect parts. Not much choice.

sounds like a typical badger of a garage, same happened to me last friday....85 quid mot and new brake pads turns out i need new cv boots and wheel alignment and an extra £133 quid.....i had to get him to repeat the price on the phone a few times, robbing bastards

But atleat they gave me a call before going ahead with it....i would have complained about that one. Still live and learn 'n' all

reason why i tell people who ask me to fit them, before they have them done to put WD40 on every night for 2 weeks on all parts.
Save alot of hassle......
