Copper has long been used for its therapeutic benefits. Studies show that copper absorbed into the blood stream helps to alleviate joint problems, arthritis and rheumatism. The Magnohealth range combine the therapeutic benefits of copper with the benefits of magnets. Studies show that magnets can help improve circulation, increase absorption of oxygen and nutrients in the blood, assisting natural healing and boosting stamina

Magnetic bracelets do work. But, word of advise, get stainless steel and not copper. Copper stains everything green, even you :-) The coated ones will stain after a while too. Some of the cheap ones on ebay have weak magnets so look at the gauge of them when you compare prices cos it's easy to get conned.
I wear a Bioflow cos I have a knee problem, made my life a lot more comfortable since I got it but... Bioflow can set you back a lot of money.

I have an ankle problem and suffer from a bad back every so often, wondered whether this would reduce the problem

Find yourself a stainless steel one on ebay with a good set of magnets, probably about £10-£15 and see if it works for you. it does for me, and Jay has joint problems and seems to benefit too. Got nothing to lose but the £10 and probably a lot to gain in comfort and mobility. If you don't try you won't know will you?
Wouldn't suggest experimenting with Bioflow though, set you back over £100 a bracelet.

Not long at all really. Strange, what happened to me was I suddenly realised I wasn't in pain and could get about easier. I wear it 24 hours a day mind....
