Yeh I've made a school boy error with this one...
I've put £25 each way on hedge hunter, in the hope he'll finish in the top 5!
He won the grand national in 2005, came 2nd in 2006, and is being ridden by Ruby Walsh this year too!
Problem is, the horse had knee problems, is the heaviest horse out there and hasn't really raced this year, with a warm up a month ago on which he came 9th

Homer Wells is a good bet.
High Jack some other's I saw looked like a good bet too.
Best way to bet on this race is Each Way, get a average odds horse - i.e. 33 / 1 ... each way top 5 1/4 and thus if he finishes top 5 your getting 8.25 times your money back! Do it on say 4 horses and you have more chance of covering you back (or making 4 times the amount!)

Ive a fiver EW on Knowhere and Bother Na. GF has a fiver EW on Kelami and Point Barrow.
I know the son of Hedgehunters owner (goes to uni with my GF) and they arent really too optimistic this year, carrying a lot of weight.
