some of the subway sandwiches are good for you if your doing bodybuilding, the turkey one wiht salad on the wholemeal roll is fine :-D

the meatball one is like 1000 calories tho

In sixth form back in my school days we used to go to either kfc or burger king, both within walking distance. We called it 'Fast food friday'
