tbh, they look like a right bunch of dumb bastards and as ed said 3 people trying to move a 500KG of piano.....errr 
looks like a Bosendorfer (280 model by the looks of it) from that picture too, shame, there bloody good pianos. Have one at uni, £150k worth of Bosendorfer 290, has an extra bass octave with the lowest C flapping around at 16Hz 
Hopefully insurance will pay out for a replacement

Can't believe they've used a normal removal firm though - there are specialist Piano movers who do this day in day out; at the end of the day a piano needs retuning after its moved anyway so you may as well get professionals in to do the job from the off
