Que the sob story:
was driving home from work, chatting with my old man, and then remembered *sh!t, camera*, brakes on hard, and i as i was going through the camera i went from about 44 - 45 down to 40. Not worrying massively, because i think my speedo is out a bit, so i'm guessing i was probably doing more like 41 > 43 ish when i went through it.
My question is, how obvious is the flash if it had gone off. It had just gone 6.30, so was getting dark but still relatively light/sun was quite low. Would i have noticed it in ok-ish light ?
Thanks

Easily noticable, even in broad daylight.
Most camera's round my way dont even work, but its still not worth the risk!

You would definetly notice it.
But then there are plenty of half wits who dont even notice the emergency services behind them

yeah, pows over reads according to his sat nav, and my mums does when i was trying to keep up with my brother, he reckoned his clio speedo said 40, my mums said 48 !
like i said no worrying, just wondered if i could check it, get rid of any scares in the future

Get a Road Angel - it is all done by satellite, and plots your speed to the nearest second or something. Expensive though
