where i used to live there was a guy who has a newsagents and he has a voice like that. i used to work part time at a market gardeners and his brother started working there (i didnt know he was his brother) ,we started talking and he asked if i knew the guy who ran the newsagents and i said "yeah the one with the stupid squeeky voice !!" and did an impression of him,then the bloke i worked with went "yeah thats my brother, he was kicked in the throat ,thats why he speaks like that".
