IM BUSHED

went to gym at 7:30 this morning. my legs are all wonky now

15miles on the bike and 5k on the rowing machine


only just had breakfast 10 mins ago. (on late shift at work today, so will be buggin CS til 7pm tonight )

What level on the rowing machine? The Olympic team train at 6 I think.

yeah my matey is a pro rower. said dont put it higher than 6.. so i keep it at that.

bike was between levels 8-11

I row at 6 and try to keep speed to 1.6-8 on the computer.

surely the resistancys vary on different machines though as mine go up to about 10 and i usually row on 8 when i go...?
