What sort of extra performance if any will i get on a 1.4 sport?? I have someone who may be selling this soon. Cheers

without anything else on at all nothing. if you had a full exhaust system on the decat might make a bit of difference. more extra noise than anything.

look at Total vaux this onth theres a few 1.4 on there with god power gains. a good one to base yours on. warren.g ade around 104 without any major work

Very slight gains in my experience. I have only experience with decats on pugs and they tend to free up the flow a little its quite noticeable
