depends how you drive it, in my shopping cart of a 1.2 it costs me £20 for 155miles - thats down the M1 from uni "ragging" (if thats possible) the daylights out of the thing. (approx 31.3mpg)

i can see about 180-200 miles if i take it easy.......

lots of start/stops, heavy braking and a right foot will assure you to getting absolute feck all mileage out of your petrol

edit - i would spend an afternoon giving it a service though, can get kits of ebay for 20 quid (minus the fresh oil) and only takes an hr or 2 tops

yeah.

the way i see it is that i have to rag my car to keep up with everything else and to get out onto a dual carriageway crawling along isn't easy so i have to rag it to get it to 60

if you mean bp ultimate then don't, i didn't gain anything from it.

didn't make my car run any better either

think it's better for high performance cars but i didn't notice any gains myself.

I'd avoid BP ultimate like the plague even if I had a highly strung engine tbh.

On a 1.0 12v, you won't notice anything, other than the fact that you've got less money in your pocket.
