FFS ill finish what i was typing jake before my post was rudely trashed.

was just saying that ive just started training again properly, with the cutting up thing i did last summer i kinda forgot how to eat like a 'bodybuilder' so have just started shovelling the food in and training heavy again.

as for gyms, no hardcore gyms have survived around here. Along with the millions of city centre apartments, piss ant fitness gyms have taken over

Put it this way my gym got new equipment in, on 3 of the machines i could do the full stack for about 30 reps, go figure

Ive not really set a weight in stone m8, i feel that bodybuilding is what the mirror says and not the scales.

I am the lightest i have been for about 5 years at the moment, just a smidge under 14 stone. Id be happy if i could get to about 15st 10lbs then maybe cut to just over 15.

i want to start going again, i play football now though and have a shit recovery, when i do leg exercises it takes me 2-3 days to recover, can't play football with stiff legs. Also my diet is far from adequate so fighting a losing battle straight away!

taking a long time for legs to recover isnt a bady thing, shows that you have trained them properly and thats a bodypart that a lot of people dont really make any progress on.

my calves were tender for 5 days after last session, although i might have gone OTT a bit, really hammer them as its my weakest bodypart.

cant you time ur legs session so that it doesnt clash with football?

I can if i get into it an stop being lazy.i play sundays, train tuesdays, usually have a bit of acheage from training so Thursday i'm aiming for. I'm a bit put off at minute though, went last week and felt patheitc, i like to do pull ups, dips that kind of thing and i could hardly do any. Though back to what i could do and how long it took to get there and pissed me off a bit!

I agree but the way i saw it, especially when bulking, weight was everything to me. If i lost 1lb (i know weight can fluxuate between 7lbs a day) It would be a massive blow because i thought I was so skinny anyway
