It was made by cutting a good Rover 75 in half and extending.
1, i didnt think a good Rover 75 existed?
and 2, is that legal/safe?

if a limo breaks down... what do the recoveries do?

Never really thought about it to be honest 
Guessing it will have to go for some sort of VIC check, or similar to say it is road worthy/legal?
Also Sam, i thought the Aprils fools can only be before 12?
