Engine Management light on BEEN ON FOR 6 MONTHS! - during this time passed an MOT with flying colours. Starts first time, accelerates great, no top end speed hesitations. Fuel economy good - overall runs lovely.

I can't do the diagnostic test on this model as it hasn't the correct pins fitted.

Any ideas as to why this damn light is - considering all the above?

probably a knackered sensor but could be a short somewhere.
