Fitted 1 and sorted all the connections out and that just wondering whether the throttle pedal is suppost to be stiffer?

Shouldn't be.
As your using the original throttle body and cable?

Maybe the routing of the cable is making it stiffer.

Yes. They do go heavier. The reason for this is the angle of the cable to the cable guide on the TB.

sure the throttle cable has a smoothe travel to the inlet, as in it's not twisted or has not been forced into a tight angle/bend.

same, but if u look closely at the throttle bodie, it has 2 springs , u can unhook 1, i did this and made it a little lighter, but still strong enough for the return of the cable

Cant you just slacken the throttle cable a bit? mine went tighter as everyone else said but i prefer it that way. i hate it when it feels flimsy tbh

Nah I prefer it floppy coz a were used to it but suppose i'll have to get used to it feeling like my brake pedal lol
