Just been put in touch with a company who deal with carbon fibre and want to try some new things out. I have seen their work and it looks good.
If i get one i will get an exact copy of mine (no washer jets, BB'ed) but also thinking of having it split like Jacko's old bonnet.
When i was speaking to him he said they could possibly do other colors

Dont want him to take a mould of mine (messing up my bumper), paying cash and then it looking crap.

Any advice?

Big sheet of perspex + heat = not good.

Unless you can get some heat resistant stuff.

no steve!!

i have seen perspex bonnets at foreign shows and their cool but i think they just fit them at shows due to the heat and discolouring

You can run a Clear Bonnet but its not made from perspex made from somthing like polycarbonate and acrylic mix.
If anyone watches Bikers Build off, there was a Freestyle Motocross one off, and he made all his engine covers out of it, so you could see inside the engine
