wanting money or insurance out of them lol

will see, happy its in but on the other hand not asking to use for something such as them making mega money i can do something about it .....i hope lol

As I understand the law to be, if you took the you own the rights to its publication. If, however, MaxPower took the picture, they own the rights and they'll be the ones needing to do something about it.

UPDATE:

the publishing company just called me, my car was notm eant to be used by the sounds of it, but the person who did it and sent it out is on holiday so will be coming back to me once he is back to sort something out

Very helpful all round and work fast, 2 companies in touch with me now so not too bad.
