I recently brought a corsa and the log book hasnt yet come throught. I only have the little slip that you get when you buy it. Im insured and it has mot but I need to buy tax. Can I still get tax for my car?

yep you can tax a car on the green slip just go to your local post ofice with your paper work

road tax has gone up a £5 aswell upto a 1.5 its £115. 1.5 to 2.0 its £180 a year
