At least it isn't serious debt that can legal action.

Luckily, one credit card I have, is interest free until August AND I've just got a job. Owe about £170 on it.

University debt? Is it ever worth it?

Given a degree is nigh on impossible to fail these days, the degree is somewhat by the by...

I'm more concerned about some practical experience than a decent degree grade these days.

31k in debt? you must be mental

Yeah I was mental, I graduated 2 years ago and panicked! The worst part of the whole thing is I have suspicions that I have drank 31ks worth of booze in the space of 3 years!

Luckily I have control of it now and earn a semi decent wage. But I have to have a sense of humour about these things or else I would never sleep

a degree is often looked at as the ability to learn, so if joining a company with no experience but a degree, their reckoning is they can mould you into exact what they want.

I have to make a loan payment of six hundered quid every month and will have to do so until November 2010.

I also have two credit cards that are nearly full that I can barely afford to pay the minimum off each month, and I owe the foks money.

How the hell do you afford to live off 137 a week? I would find it hard to live on double that per week...

Wages are a joke for apprenticeships really, how can people be paid such small amoiunts for full weeks work? i woulda thought they would need to be paid minimum wage atleast?
