My mate looked into buying one. The rear beam is a common problem. Goos car, handle well and shift. I like them.

I looked for weeks for one. There is a 309 owners club, but once one comes up, it's usually sold in 15 minutes. Rocking horse shite springs to mind.

i have one of these 3door 309 gti's in red. its sat in my garage waiting for me too finish her up.
its rebored to a 2.0 superchipped high lift cams and all that jazz it was my bros but he obliterated the engine so in the process of cleaning things back up again. but hopefully be ready by next summer.
they are fecking fast BTW

I'd prefer a 205 1.9 gti tbh, but those goodwoods are rare as feck. I was thinking of buying some of the wheels for my pug, were a set on ebay.
