Depends how you look at it, it's expensive for a 1995 Corsa Sri, but it's cheap for one which is that tidy.

"I will take £2,500 for the car with an MOT but ideally would prefer to take £2,000 without one."

It obviously needs work doing to it.. and for a 1.4 its a bit pricey although it is a nice car. dont bother with it lol

I'd go for it, but i'm ploughing money into a new tv setup, and some goodies for the G40. If i wasn't then i'd buy it as i feel that's a good price, below average mileage, and some money spent on it quite well (in terms of looks)

If i was to pay 2k for it i would want him to tax it and put it through MOT and then it might be worth it

Steve, he wants £500 to do the MOT to cover his time and make sure he's not out of pocket if there is anything wrong.

A bit like asking £3 for postage when you hope it's going to cost you £1.20

No.

It MIGHT need some work, he doesn't know, he just doesn't want to be out of pocket, so he's asking for more, to cover his costs in the off chance that something is wrong, and to stop him losing a day's wages etc.

Without an MOT it's worth fuck all, it's not road worthy, i would advertise it as £2500 with 12 month mot.
