HND is the lowest class as far as I know
Foundation degree is above that, designed to give you the basis to progress to a...
Honours Degree (BSc being Bachelor of Science, BA - Bachelor of Arts etc). This is what employers will be most impressed by as it shows specialisation and achievement in a particular field of learning.
That said, none of them are worth much without some real world experience to back you up.

What ash said is basically true.
The Foundation Degree was sort of brought in to replace the HND (some places dont offer HND's anymore) but they are kinda the same thing really.
Dont really know much about the last one.

if you start a foundation degree, you have the option (depending on grades) to do extra work over the summer of year 2, and take the final year of a normal degree.
a degree with honors (Hons) means you did a dissertation as your finall written assesment. there are some degrees without Hons.
