Thinking of doing it but dont want it to be a waste of time. its not loads to claim back but it would be a bit extra cash towards the car I'm going to request all my bank statements anyway as i'm missing a few
So has anyone been sucessful?

i always thought there was no money taken from my account? it's just a savings account from natwest

can happen if you have DD's set up more i wouldn't of thought you would have a DD from your savings a/c

if its justone or two,call the bank and they'll refund it anyway

request your bank statements for the last 6 six years and go through them then see how much you have been charged letters on its way to the post box

As far as I know I have only been charged twice.....the first time I went £1.20 overdrawn but I had over 4k in my savings account, and transferred money into my current account later that day, I rang up and had a go and they refunded me.....

for people who get charged regularly this could be a real good earner!!

i sent the letter to lloyds.. got one back 2 weeks later saynig they recieved my complaint and If they don't hear from me in 2 weeks they'll deal with it.

How do you get all your bank statements? Im missing most of mine, i cant keep a bit of paper anymore than 5 minutes without loosing it
