Some of you may rember I posted about an omega auto that was juddering in the low gears

Well 60 quid later and 3.5 hours of work and the motor is back on the road

Bought a second hand box for 60 sheets and me and my mate fitted it yesterday

The original box was fucked oil level was ok but still drove like shit. Torque converter was the likley suspect

Quite straight forward swap and it drives like new now

Better than 800 sheets for a recon and god knows what vauxhall would have charged to swap the boxes

just unbolt the fly wheel from the torque converter and oil cooler pipes and wiring

Hardest part was lining the new gearbox up
