basically i'm a student at uni atm,but uni finishes soon so i'm looking to get a summer job and possibly keep it after.

what kind of jobs do you lot know of that pay fairly well or are fun to do (cos i know there's plenty of strange jobs out there that no-one thinks of!) i've had plenty of jobs before and the worst thing is not enjoying it! i'd rather get paid less and enjoy it than being paid a lot and absolutly hating it!I've heard removal men can earn a decent wage and is nice to do in summer.

so any ideas?

When i was 17 my summer job was at a car wash, didnt pay great money but was out in the sun all day. weekdays were good as it wasnt especially busy and you can relax, Sunbathe if its hot, got to drive all kinds of brilliant cars, Impreza's, lots of range rovers, mercs, Beemers cars like that, friend of mine had a go of a prosche cayenne aswell

Best job i ever had, Wouldnt even think about it during the winter though just june-Sept

well if i only did 5 days(mon-fri) i woulda got £200 but i was doing 7 days a week and getting 350 + Petrol costs(which were generous) as i was having more fun in work than i was at home or out with mates, I used to pick up cars for him too, when customers were in work and wanted a valet ect we would pick them up & deliver them back.

Wages varies on the Car wash though, some places pay more, but when i left croatians took over our jobs and have been workng there the past 3 years even though they do a shit job, got a free car wash off my old boss last time i went and they left a big thick line of crap down the side of my car

I worked for a tool hire company last summer, £13k/annum & all the free hires I wanted

Was quite satisfying aswell, loading & unloading vans (I got fit as fuck) fixing chainsaws & nailguns & cleaning scissor lifts with a steam cleaner
