Got out of college early so looked up local scrappys on the net and got a list, the first one we visited was now a council dumping ground so we went to a fairly local one which turned out to be massive. Unfortunately, I could only find o/s 106 mirrors so I settled for an S1 n/s one which looked like it fitted but turns out its a bit out, however will do for now. Also picked up a new rear n/s light seeing as the old one was cracked, a sheet of leather for the boot lol and a parcel shelf without holes in it.



Shame the S1 mirror baseplate doesnt fit aswell but not too noticeable for the time being, will order a new one on ebay now.







Afterwards I visited my local peugeot and ordered a set of new standard engine mounts which I will be collecting tomorrow morning. Also ordered a Raceland 4-2-1 last night which should be with me mid week. Still waiting on my alu rad and decal aswell.

looking much better with the other mirrors off.
are the std s2 mirrors colour coded?

those wheels are dying for a refurb!

Nah the S2 mirrors are plain black, most of the ones in the scrappy were the cap type which was annoying. Now scourering ebay but I cant tell what is what and I dont want a brand new one cos it will out weigh the opposite and piss me off Is that weird? Wheels dont really need a refurb, are just really dirty in the pics. Will give the car a clean tomorrow if its nice.

Because someone has put cap cover type ones on and colour coded them probably.

I wanna see the progress/pics/mroe of the car and I'm not on RR

they are nice wee cars but one thing i hate is them bloody wheels

had a quick play with a white rallye the other night going home god they are quicker than i thought they would be
