Worst part is the injection onto the roof of your mouth, everything else is fine.

I had all four taken out

I got all of mine taken out under general anaesthetic because they didn't have enough room to come through, they even had to chip part of my lower jaw away to take the bottom ones out sides ways. 36 stitches, looking like a chipmunk storing food for the winter, excruciating pain and not being able to eat solid foods for the best part of a week, I can honestly say in was one of the worst experiences of my life.

mine started coming through when i was 17, all through now. had slight problems with them as the gum was getting infected because it was over lapping one of the teeth.. still waiting for an appointment to see what they can do about it, but seem fine at the moment.

I had both upper ones taken out by my dentist when I was 18/19 (both at diff times though)

My lower right has been coming through for years, used to get pain, headaches etc, then last yr had 2 infections from it. Im having both lower ones out under general anaesthetic in 2 weeks time.

The lower left is still under the gum, so they will be digging in for that one
