Watchdog the other night, lmfao?

when he grilled that bt bloke about charging for people who dont want to pay via direct debit?, but it got a bit heated and there was massive awkward silences, and the interviewer even forgot his name he got that annoyed lol

didn't really go to plan and was a bit cringeworthy
