to get the link to the pic, right click it, go to properties, highlight and copy the url and then paste inbetween [ img ] [ /img ]

You need to click one of the pictures on

Then when it comes up bigger, right click, copy image location and paste here

When you've got the large image on the screen that you want to show you have to right click it and copy the image location (not the URL bar in IE)

Edit - right click and properties, then image location
