Paid for some parts 2 months ago, ignoring emails & u2u's, been given a phone number, but also not responding to that.

Is there anything i can do?

Does he owe anyone else money or parts?

Anyone live near him?

Its only a pair of leccy mirrors, but thats not the point, if you sell something, you should send the goods.

I think i've done quite well not to swear here.

Girlfriend problems or not, if he's got time to come on here to read threads, he could at least send a u2u to explain.

Even if he just sent one saying, ive fucked you over, you aint getting shit, it would be better than nothing at all.

I u2u'd him as im waiting for a refund, asked for my address and said he woiuld post it

I waited and then emailed him again last week cause I wasnt sure how often he was on here

Im also waiting on the same for Jas16v

REALLY letting the site down and im not sure if I would buy anything off anyone from here again

I know where his girlfriend stays though, thats about it as I picked the interior up from there

Its bollocks, he's a premium member, and something should be done.

I paid via Paypal, so dont have an address, if i did, i would have already been up there with some friends.

At the end of the day, its theft, i have proof, my paypal statement, i need his full name & address, so either i can send him a nice letter, explaining my feelings, although, i assume he will ignore that too, then i will go & see him, see if he has my parts/money.

Chill winston, i was messing, i do alot of work up that way, and many other places in scotland, i know what its like.

There are alot of hills & sheep though

I dont think i can report someone to the police without some sort of address, i think a previous address may be ok though?
