Looking at renting a house with two mates,

Who's done the same?? Recommend or not??

What sort of costs are involved?

Worked it out to be around £400 each a month
House £650 plus electric etc

Cheers

Sounds great then!

Would also be 2 female mates so more worried about then falling out/bitching at the mo.

Yup I've done it, When i 1st moved in my house i let a lad i knew move in with me to help with rent ect, Turned out he was a filthy cunt had oil everywhere, never cleaned tidied anything had friends round all hours of the night loads of them being noisey & Eating my food (which wasn't part of deal, each buys own food ect), even tried moving one of his mates in which finally tipped me over the edge when i told him straight he either lives by my rules or fucks off, him & his mate kicked off so i gave them a beating and evicted them there n then oh they spray painted their names on my sheds too FFS

Got one of my close mates n his missus living with me now who i have known since i was 10, never have a problem, all share cooking cleaning ect, plus he's a mechanic so lot's of time spent on the driveway fixing my car
TBH i couldn't ask for better housemates, It's a right giggle n A hell of alot better than living on your owwn

Aslong as your all get along and set ground rules from the start and can all compromise it's not too bad really, my problem was not setting rules from the start, Just dont move somebody in you dont know that well as you will soon find out what they are really like

My mates all rent a house in Southampton for Uni, there's 8 of them living there and they all love it.. I can't wait to do it myself to be honest, I love crashing at theirs.
