Nothing but bad things happening today My sky broadband isnt working, they havent installed it properly so have left me with nothing but problems getting online. Then the missus calls and tells me someone in a VW Passat just rolled into the side of our car Apparently his automatic handbrake or something failed and its scratched the rear arch and panel

The sky man didnt install it properly, he tried to piggy back the router to the phone line going into the sky box, rather than putting it into the main BT box. The router gets a signal at the main box but not when its put back to where he installed it. So, basically, his wiring was shit so now he has to come out again and do it all over again without being lazy. On the plus side, he did leave me a reel of telephone wire and a staple gun by accident
James, damage doesnt appear too bad, the bloke T cut it there and then as he had some in the car. It was a company car so he has told jos to claim away and given her all the company's details. Might be touchuppable

Yeah i know, its just hassle His work are going to call Jos tomorrow as he has reported the accident to his work. They will then give Jos the details for her to pass onto her insurance company who will then book the car in for repair and then sort a hire car out. Just so much grief

DO NOT let them book it into a bodyshop, you have the choice, you want it to go to an offical vw bodyshop for warrenty issues etc

Nod, thats not the issue, afaik we will end up paying the excess until it gets claimed back, not sure if thats how it works or not as we havent claimed for ages. If this is the case, we cannot afford it as we simply dont have the money to pay excess right now.
