Can I please have some comments on this del sol it is the 170bhp SiR version BUT the thing that is really putting me off, is that its not a transtop version, it's manual roof!!! The electric roof is so cool on these, but then again, someone said to me there is 16 electric motors to go wrong

If I don't buy this on monday, I will be buying a Supra aerotop instead that day instead (this sol is cheaper to buy and cheaper on insurance though)!!

I would prob change the front bumper to something a little more subtle but not standard as I'm not keen but havent seen it in the flesh yet.

Yeah it is the SiR version which is 200 less on insurance the N/A Supra I may be buying, I really want this though, just this manual roof is putting me off lol apparently they are alot lighter and its one less thing to go wrong as they are renown for going wrong!

Thats the thing, the electric roofs are known for breaking, considering though most sol's are pretty old now and 16 electric motors is alot to go wrong and cost a fortune to fix no doubt!

I doubt it, as they go down a fair bit after summer! They are going for 3-6k on ebay, unmodified, this one is 3.3k but has 90k on clock!

Have you driven the SiR? What are they like to drive?

Hmmmmmm I can't decide, if I get the Supra, it will be sitting on the drive for just under a month untill I have the money for insurance lol
