Got a 2.0lt corsa, the off side drive shat(longest one) keeps poping out of the gear box. its happened bout 5 times now, when i put it back in it will be ok for two days then come bk out again? changed the inner cv any ideas?

engine lined up properly?
c clip on inner cv ok?
is gearbox shafted?

yeah, engines lined up ok, bin in for just ova a year, neva had this problen b4, c clip is new on the cv.as for the gear box, dunno!

My 1.2 did this. Just used to smash it in with whatever was laying about. Put it down to the car being so low

fit a hub washer on the back of the hub between the hub and the cv. that usually solves it. they might be nova shafts
