When you're selling something and it's forsale somewhere else other than eBay, what do I put as a disclaimer?

"I hold the right to end this auction early as an advert is also posted somewhere else" ?

I know geek day... only a quick question though & more people will see it here

I don't think there is an option to add it automatically, just add it in big writing at the end.
