My mom (mum and no pics ) bought a merc abt couple of months ago, with it came a bluetooth handsfree thingy bob for an extra 400. Till this day that damn thing hasnt worked.

Mercedes say the reason is the fact the phone is too old. So i purchased a sony K750i off matt l on here hoping it would work. BUT it didnt!! After numerous phone calls today and being told i was doing it all wrong drove the car down to be told by the assistant we are ever so sorry its faulty

to top it off they tried to charged me a labour charge to fit the new one even though it slots in and out

you pay 30k for a car and they waste all your damn time and try and rip you off.

thank you for reading my rant

yea i dont blame u, if u pay 30k for a car, u expect it to be perfect not havin ne problems or payin for repairs months into having it..my neighbour hand a brand new disco, and trust me there was enough shit wrong on it, he got lockd in it once lol, the doors just wudnt open or anything and they still wudnt replace it, until he kickd up a major fuss at the garage and jst left it there and he had a fone call sayin we understand all ure problems u can collect a replacement car plus sum extra shit in the car for compensation, but i guess that will break soon
