Thinking on about euro wheels and that some Countries in the EU are allowed to have wheels sticking out uncovered, how does this work if say you were to drive a car with said wheels sticking out into the UK and start driving about, being a supposed free market and all that?

the tread has to be covered thats why the use stetched tyres, and can get away with it
